A huge ‘thank-you‘ to all those in Cumbernauld Old Parish Church who took part in the annual Christian Aid house-to-house collection back in May. The money has now been counted and we can tell you that the marvellous sum of £2868 was raised in the parish thanks to your efforts. Of that sum, £1507 was Gift-Aided, which means an additional £375+ for Christian Aid.
On top of that our Boys’ Brigade Company raised £525 for Christian Aid at their Annual Display – so thanks to all of them as well.
Our special thanks to Liz Dalling and Lesley Littlejohn who did all of the organisation and made the collection happen. Thank you all once again.
