Both worship services at Cumbernauld Old Parish Church on Sunday 15th October will be Harvest Thanksgiving services, when we will reflect on God’s goodness and provision.
We invite those attending to bring along gifts to be donated to our local food bank and would welcome donations of tinned goods (mince, stew, curry, hot-dogs, chopped ham/pork, spaghetti, macaroni cheese, ravioli, peas, beans, potatoes, tuna, fruit and custard, etc.) and / or tea-bags, long-life (UHT) milk, breakfast cereal and biscuits.
The Food Bank in the Village is open in the Session House of the Parish Church each Friday from 11am – 12.30pm and at Cornerstone House in the Town Centre on Thursday evenings from 6pm – 8pm.
