For quite a few years now, the congregation at Cumbernauld Old Parish Church has been collecting their small change in coffee jars or similar containers and, each year, the amount collected goes to a good cause.
If you have been collecting your small change in coffee jars or similar over the past few months, please transfer your coins from the jars into small plastic bags and bring them along to church on Sunday 20th January 2019.
The Kirk Session has decided that this year’s Coffee Jar offerings will go to an initiative called Toilet Twinning. The money we donate will help those in desperate poverty to have access to a proper latrine, clean water and the information they need to be healthy. Thank-you!
