Worship on Sunday 3rd April

2021 Easter Egg Appeal

You are warmly invited to join us at Cumbernauld Old for morning worship on Sunday 3rd April, the Fifth Sunday in Lent. The service will take place in the Parish Church at 11.00am and will be led by Rev. Allan Loudon. We also plan to livestream this service on our Facebook page at 11am on Sunday if you can’t be with us in person.

Note – we are pleased to say that most of the Covid19 restrictions that have been in place for a while can now be relaxed. However, the wearing of face coverings is still compulsory on Sunday 3rd April and, while there is no longer a requirement to maintain social distancing, we invite those sitting in the side (i.e. east and west) aisles to leave some room for the benefit of those who would prefer a little more space around them.

Finally, a reminder that, as we have done in previous years, we are inviting donations of chocolate Easter Eggs to be distributed via our friends at the food bank at Cornerstone House to families who might not otherwise receive one. If you wish and are able to help, please bring along a chocolate Easter Egg to our morning worship service at church on Sunday 3rd April. We’ll collect the donations and take them up to Cornerstone later that afternoon. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
