Craft Group

The Craft Group at Cumbernauld Old Parish Church will resume on Thursday 10th January at 2pm in the Session House.

An invitation is extended to all to please come along and join us and share crafting ideas, conversation and a cuppa. You can bring along your own crafts or learn a new skill from someone else in the group. We are already learning about crochet, cross stitch and card-making from each other and are planning to make items to support the baby bank and babies on the maternity unit but would welcome other ideas.

Fundraising update

The fundraising group at Cumbernauld Old Parish Church would like to thank everyone who contributed to the Hamper Raffle and Tombola at the BB Carol Concert and everyone who helped to make or bought the Christmas crafts.

The Santa hats, Christmas puddings and stockings were all beautifully made and will hopefully be back next year.

Thanks to your support we were able to raise £441 for the church from the raffle, tombola and Christmas crafts.

We look forward to your continued support next year both throughout our ongoing Cumbernauld Old Smart Savers Smarties tubes and a variety of events throughout the year. Thanks to eveyone, once again!

Donations for Hampers, Tombola and the raffle can be handed in any time from now on in the vestibule in the church at the Village or the back of the hall at Balloch. Baking can be handed in to the District Hall from 9am on 21st November.
