Harvest Thanksgiving at Cumbernauld Old

The Harvest Thanksgiving Services at Cumbernauld Old Parish Church will be on Sunday 2nd October at 10.15am in the Parish Church in the Village and 11.45am in the Forge Community Centre, Balloch.

As we give thanks for God’s goodness to us, we are reminded that Harvest is also a time for sharing our gifts and so we invite those attending either of these services, or our Harvest-themed Toddlers’ Praise Service on Saturday 1st October, to bring a donation for the local food bank.

We would be delighted to receive donations of tinned goods (mince, stew, curry, hot-dogs, chopped ham/pork, spaghetti, macaroni cheese, ravioli, peas, beans, potatoes, tuna, fruit and custard, etc.) plus tea-bags, long-life (UHT) milk, breakfast cereal and biscuits. We can also accept donations of toiletries suitable for adults or children. Thank-you in advance! We look forward to seeing you at church on Saturday or Sunday.
